Chicken Recipe

Here is the chicken recipe from class this past week:

Italian Chicken

Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste

Cut chicken into cubes. Using a skillet heat oil until hot. Place chicken in hot oil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cook until chicken is fully cooked.
